When I started working with Kirsten I had been living with IBS for nearly 15 years. I had tried anti-spasmodic medication and even attempted the Low FODMAP diet on my own, but you really do need the support of a dietitian. Kirsten helped me to see the bigger picture, and with her multi-factorial approach looking at my sleep and exercise as well as fluid intake, my symptoms have all but gone.
She has helped me navigate the first stages of the Low FODMAP diet in a much less restrictive way, and I am now enjoying working out what I can add back into my diet.
