Kirsten is great and you really will not regret signing up for her help! I did the private sessions and she made me feel immediately comfortable and completely understood what my aims were.

The solutions to my issues were things that I would have been very unlikely to figure out myself and with her guidance I didn’t actually need to do the full low FODMAP diet or anything particularly restrictive to make a massive difference. Although it is an investment, if you’re like me and have just been putting up with gut symptoms for years and years, I’d urge you to go for it.
