TAKE CONTROL 2.0 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. TERMS
By signing up to the Take Control 2.0 programme from Kirsten Jackson Nutrition LLC , you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. This program is subject to United Arab Emirates laws and by signing up to the program, you are agreeing to your responsibility in compiling with these laws. Thus, any complaints or disputes with regards to services from Kirsten Jackson Nutrition will be dealt with in the United Arab Emirates.
2. USE LICENSE
Please note, that all materials contained within the Take Control 2.0 programme are subject to United Arab Emirates copyright laws and are for the personal use of individuals who are current members of the program only. The materials can not be disrupted or modified for wider use, either commercial or otherwise.
If individuals are a current member of the Take Control programme, they may download materials once for personal use only. Any violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of access to the Take Control program and legal action will be taken.
Those who sign up to the Take Control 2.0 programme will have;
- Basic access: *lifetime access to the online tutorials (4 x payments of 125 GBP per month or pay in full at 500 GBP).
- Standard access: *lifetime access to the online tutorials and 12 x group calls (1 per week): (167 GBP per month or pay in full 500 GBP).
- VIP access: *lifetime access to the online tutorials, 12 group calls and 12 x diary submissions
*for the length of time the course is available online.
3. DISCLAIMER
The materials in the programme are based on scientific evidence and medical guidelines around gut health. The programme makes no guarantees on results for individuals either expressed or implied. Whilst the programme is highly comprehensive, individual success is impossible to guarantee.
4. LIMITATIONS
In no event shall the Kirsten Jackson Nutrition LLC or dietitian Kirsten Jackson be liable for any negative impact on health. The advice provided on the programme is highly accurate but there can be no accountability with regards to individual reactions or interpretation of information.
The programme is not suitable for those with the following health conditions: an active flare up of inflammatory bowel disease, cancer, current eating disorder or those who are malnourished. This is not an exhaustive list so please contact Kirsten Jackson Nutrition LLC if you are unsure of your suitability prior to joining the programme.
5. REVISIONS
The materials appearing on the programme may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Kirsten Jackson Nutrition LLC does not claim to be 100% accurate in this at any one time due to human error. The content contained within the programme will be updated at regular intervals as new research and or guidelines are produced through time. Kirsten Jackson Nutrition LLC holds the right to therefore make changes to the program at any time. Please note that content updates may experience very slight delays and we therefore can not guarantee that the content within the programme will be 100% up to date.
6. ASSOCIATION
We are in no way associated with any particular food products, apps or brands. The content contained in the programme may advise on suitable products, but there is currently no financial or other benefit to Kirsten Jackson Nutrition LLC or Kirsten Jackson in this part.
7. USERS UNDER THE AGE OF 16
This programme is not intended for users under the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16, please do not join this programme. We do not knowingly allow membership to those who are under the age of 16.
8. PROGRAMME TERMS OF USE MODIFICATIONS
Kirsten Jackson Nutrition LLC may revise these Terms of Service for its programme at any time without notice. By using this programme you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions.
9. DATA PROTECTION AND GDPR
Personal data is information that can be used to identify you such as your name, IP address, and email address. We process your personal data in order to take payment and communicate with you whilst you are a member of The Take Control Programme. We do not share your data with anyone else and have taken GDPR compliant steps to protect your data. We collect personal data from you in the following ways:
- FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS: Your name, email address, billing information and payment source will be collected by Stripe when you sign up to the programme. We do not hold this information.
- FACEBOOK:you will have the option to join our private Facebook group. However, we do not contact you directly on Facebook or access any of your Facebook information. You will also be removed from this group when you are no longer a programme member.
- KAJABI: Your name and email address will be processed through Kajabi which is the platform the programme is on. You will be removed from this when your membership finishes.
