I am an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and Qualified Specialist Nurse with a strong background in supporting individuals with a wide range of psychological and physical health challenges. My expertise includes working with anxiety, depression, phobias, PTSD, OCD, health anxiety, and long-term conditions such as IBS

I am experienced in guiding clients through CBT techniques to improve gut-brain communication, reduce symptom severity, and enhance overall quality of life.
