Guarantee & Refund Policy

No guarantees are made or implied regarding the effectiveness of dietary changes for your specific condition or goal. Individual results vary, and therefore no refunds for services are provided.
Dietary changes require time and consistency — they are not a quick fix.

The Dietitian acts as a guide and facilitator. You share equal responsibility for following the agreed dietary recommendations and engaging in the process.

Cancellations

Notice of cancellation must be given by email at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in one of your three appointments being used.

Appointments may be cancelled and rearranged once during the programme. We reserve the right to cancel a package at our discretion; however, this will only occur in exceptional circumstances, and a full refund will be provided. We accept no liability for any financial or other consequences arising from such cancellation.

Arriving Late for an Appointment

You are responsible for arriving on time for your consultation. Late arrival may result in a shortened or cancelled appointment. No refund or additional appointment will be offered in these circumstances.

Technology

All consultations are conducted via Zoom. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device (computer, tablet, or phone) and internet connection function adequately for video consultations. You are also responsible for having suitable technology to participate in email reviews.

Liability Disclaimer

By booking any service with Kirsten Jackson Nutrition LLC, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

You should seek the advice of a qualified doctor before starting any dietary programme or if you have concerns about your mental or physical health, fitness, or medical conditions. Do not stop or alter any medical treatment without prior consent from your doctor.

By following the advice provided by the Dietitian, you acknowledge that outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Fees are charged for professional time and expertise, irrespective of results. Many health-related dietary issues involve factors outside of our control.

Kirsten Jackson Nutrition LLC reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at any time. Clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be seen or treated.

Each client is assessed individually, and acceptance into or continuation of the programme is entirely at the Dietitian’s discretion.

Confidentiality

We adhere to the ethical code of the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), maintaining all personal data in accordance with GDPR.
Your personal information will not be disclosed to any third party unless required by law or upon your written request.
Kirsten Jackson Nutrition LLC acts as the data controller for your personal information and stores your data securely in compliance with GDPR.

Programme Details

• The package duration is 3 consecutive months, beginning from the date of your first consultation.
• The package cannot be paused or extended except in exceptional circumstances agreed in writing.
• The package includes:
  • 3 × 60-minute consultations via video call
  • Weekly email reviews between consultations
  • 3 written reports following each consultation

Weekly email reviews:
The Dietitian will inform you of the review date and request that you send required details the day before. If you choose not to engage with a scheduled review, that week’s support will be forfeited. Additional reviews will not be added later.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Fees & Payment

The cost of the programme is 3 monthly payments of £630.00 (approximately 2,900 AED each). Payments will be taken monthly as a subscription via the chosen payment processor on the same date each month.
