After being so fed up of IBS taking over my life and already trying low FODMAP before, I had lost all hope. I followed Kirsten on Instagram and after being so amazed with her posts and knowledge, I just knew that she would be able to help me.

Working with Kirsten over the past 3 months has been the best thing I’ve done. She has made me see that I can control my symptoms and that I can live a happy life with IBS. I now see my IBS as a friend, not an enemy. Since day 1, she has been nothing but helpful and supportive and she really understands what her clients go through.

We went though a multi factorial approach, set goals each week, had 3 1 hour video calls and went through the low FODMAP diet. I was extremely nervous about reintroducing, however, Kirsten was able to change my mindset and really give me the motivation I needed. My anxiety and fear around eating FODMAPs has completely gone.

4 months ago, my diet was very restrictive and my symptoms were all over the place. Going out was hard and made me so anxious, going to university was hard and just going anywhere early morning seemed impossible. Now, i love going out and I do not think twice about it. IBS is no longer stopping me and getting in the way of enjoying my life.

All I can say is thank you Kirsten… you’ve changed my life around. I am able to live a much happier and healthier lifestyle. I never thought I would have symptom relief and I thought my life would just be constantly battling my IBS. I am so grateful for all of your help and support, you’re truly amazing at what you do!
