It was a great pleasure to work with Kirsten. I’m truly beyond grateful that I came across her Instagram! I was depressed and really desperate to resolve my issues when I started the treatment, and I couldn’t imagine that I would be not using any tablets for my IBS C anymore after the 3 month program.

Its truly life changing to finally be able to enjoy eating and nourishing my body, as well as to enjoy a lunch/dinner with family and friends without being nervous about it. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
