Total waste of money, unprofessional

I bought the SIBO e book, and it is a total waste of money. It does not contain any useful info. One can find the info contained in the book on any nutritional website, and it costs almost $30 USA.

I asked for money refund like half an hour after buying it and their answer was that they can not return the money because the book was opened! How unprofessional!
